2026 African Australian Student Conference

Our students had an inspiring day at this year’s African Australian Student Conference in the Southeast Region, hosted by the Department of Education. Students connected with African Australian professionals, explored future pathways, and gained practical skills through masterclasses on networking, money management and entrepreneurship.

Students were separated into breakout rooms; our senior students asked thoughtful questions during the Q&A panel, while our junior students explored identity through the Identity Compass session.

The conference was a valuable opportunity for students to build connections, celebrate identity and learn from inspiring members of our African descent community leaders.
