Allens Spark: Work Experience Program
Allens Law Firm offers 4 of our Year 10 students the opportunity to do work experience at their firm, located in the city at 101 Collins Street on the 37th Floor.
Jacob Pike, Haley Page, Hareem Waquas and Christian Amato were selected to do a week’s work experience. They had their own office with panoramic views. They were given a program of activities they would be doing. This included a visit to the Supreme Court and Library, which was the highlight of their time at Allens.
In their Mid-Program Reflection, the students said that they have enjoyed talking to a broad range of people across the firm and learning about the different pathways to being a lawyer, or working in law-adjacent fields.
They also took part in a Mock Trial, which they enjoyed.
