Biology Zoo Excursion

Our Year 10 Biology students stepped into the world of elephant evolution at Werribee Zoo today. They got up close with gentle giants, uncovered the secrets of adaptation, and even travelled back in time to meet the Woolly Mammoth family tree!

The best part? Watching their faces light up as they connected classroom concepts with real, breathing examples. Science comes alive when you can see, touch, and experience it!

Safari bus rides and ecosystem exploration of the African savannah were the perfect finale to our learning adventure.
