Congratulations Ah-Ching Soo Choon!

Congratulations to Ah-Ching Soo Choon of Year 10 who received the Hume Council 2023 Youth Opportunity Scholarship.  He was one of 25 students from region to be awarded the scholarship by the Lord Mayor of Hume City Council Joseph Haweil at Youth Central on the 8^th of August.
