Cre8tive Dreamtime
On Friday, May 23rd, our Year 7 and VET Engineering students took part in an enriching Dreamtime experience organised by Cre8tive Nations and Cummins Engineering, focusing on First Nations engineering practices.
Our College proudly hosted the Cre8tive Dreamtime Workshop for the second time, where students engaged in a variety of activities, including:
- Boomerang throwing
- Exploring virtual song lines
- Learning about Dreamtime stories
- Constructing fish traps
- Participating in didgeridoo and weaving workshops
- Caring for Country
This event offered a unique educational experience for all participants. Due to its success, the College is eager to cultivate this partnership further and plans to establish this visit as an annual tradition.
