Division Badminton Intermediate Boys
On Monday 4th August, Chirag, Jigur, Ahmad K and Yayha participated in Intermediate Badminton Division at St. Mary’s Coptic Orthodox College.
They battled hard, winning convincingly against Roxburgh Park, Gladstone Park and St.Mary’s. But lost to eventual winners Sirius College in a tight contest.
Finishing in second place for the fourth year running behind Sirius.
Chirag and Jigur won all their singles matches, and all bar one doubles across the day (11 sets won – 1 set lost).
Well done to the team, hopefully they can get past Sirius in Seniors in the coming years.
