ELC students at Parliament
On Thursday 18th July, the Room 6 ELC students, together with Mrs Andriopoulos and Miss Eva went on an excursion to the Victorian Parliament. They were extremely fortunate to be warmly welcomed by Kathleen Matthews-Ward MP (Broadmeadows) and Iwan Walters MP Greenvale.
Both Kathleen and Iwan took the time to meet with our students to discuss their roles within the community. It was a pleasure to hear their insights, passion about ensuring every person has the opportunities they need to learn, grow and thrive, as well as their strong support of inclusion and diversity.
It was an invaluable and memorable experience!
