Storm Waka Program

Year 9 students celebrated their graduation from the Storm Waka program on 16 June 2026, marking the end of their involvement in Term 2.

Players from the Melbourne Storm attended the ceremony and presented students with certificates and Storm jerseys in recognition of their achievements.

During their graduation speeches, students shared how the program helped them work more effectively with their peers, build resilience, and develop respect and support for one another. Many also spoke about the positive relationships they formed throughout the program and highlighted the importance of respect as a core value.
