Year 7 & 8 combined Cricket Team

On Thursday 12th February, a combined Year 7 and 8 boys’ team travelled to Donnybrook for a day of cricket, competing in three matches.

The first game was a thrilling contest, with our boys falling just 9 runs short after a determined run chase. They showed great resilience and effort, narrowly running out of balls in a tightly fought finish.

In the second and third matches, the opposition proved to be very strong with the ball. While we were convincingly beaten in both games, the boys represented the school with pride and outstanding sportsmanship throughout the day.
