This Term our Year 9 students are studying the text ‘Between Us’. As the text follows the lives of refugees, students attended the Immigration Museum on Wednesday 13th of July. There students undertook the ‘Waves of Migration’ session to help build their understanding of refugees and migrants within Australia. The excursion was an interactive experience that was guided by a staff member from the Immigration Museum. Overall a great experience that supported our students growing minds.
